In people with achondroplasia<\/span>, the FGFR3<\/span> cell signals are overactive, leading to inhibited bone growth throughout the body. VOXZOGO<\/span> targets the cause of inhibited bone growth by mimicking the body’s natural cell signals<\/strong> to improve the balance of cell signaling.<\/p>\n

Bones only grow for a limited time<\/h2>\n

VOXZOGO<\/span> is the first and only treatment FDA approved from birth<\/strong> to increase linear growth*
\nfor children with achondroplasia while they are still growing (before growth plates<\/span> have closed).<\/p>\n
